Structure:	R.C.C. framed sturcture.
Super Structure:	Red burnt brick walls in C.M.
Finishing:	Plastering of ceiling and walls in C.M with smooth luppam finshing.
Main Door:	Teak wood frame with teak wood shutters (Polish quality).
Doors:	Medium teak wood frame with designed flush shutters.
Windows:	Medium teak wood frame and shutters with opaque glass and safety grills.
Flooring :	Vitrified tiles (2x2 size) in hall, dining, bed rooms and kitchen ceramic tiles (1x1 size) flooring in toilets and balconies.
Kitchen :	Cooking platform with stainless steel sink and black granite top 2' height ceramic/glazed tiles dado.
